Please allow time for production followed by shipment of all purchased items that are made to order (handcrafted or not pre-stocked). There is a 2-hour production and finishing time on all handcrafted or non pre-stocked pieces that begins as quickly as possible after the order is placed.

All of our beaded jewelry is hand-made and select styles are not pre-crafted for immediate shipment. Each beaded bracelet requires a 2-hour construction and finishing period. Therefore when an order is placed containing an item that is not pre-stocked, production followed by shipment begins as soon as possible.

Return Policy
MOST NEW (not yet used) ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECIEVING THE ORDER. Each qualifying exchange will be replaced with the same exact item (unless item is no longer available and in that case an item of equal or lesser value of customers choice will be given) and normal wear and tear does not qualify for item exchange. Customer pays for return shipping back to YingYeng offices only.
